AgentNook real estate team dashboard with shared priorities, pipeline, appointments, and production

What this view changes

Leaders and producers work from the same live business without turning every update into a meeting.

Shared business context

Clients, deals, dates, tasks, files, and activity stay connected across the team.

Clear roles and ownership

Agents, assistants, and TCs can see the work they own and the context behind it.

Visibility without status chasing

Pipeline, priorities, risk, goals, and production remain available between meetings.

Where team operations break

Growth creates more handoffs. It should not create more uncertainty.

When relationship history lives with one person, deadlines live in another tool, and leadership reporting is rebuilt by hand, the team spends its energy reconstructing the business. AgentNook keeps the people and work connected from lead to close.

01

Handoffs keep their context

An agent, assistant, or TC can open the same client and deal history instead of restarting the explanation.

02

Every next step has an owner

Tasks, milestones, follow-ups, and appointments make responsibility visible before work becomes overdue.

03

Leaders see what needs coaching

Live pipeline and production context make one-on-ones and team meetings more specific and useful.

A shared command center

Run the week from the same source of truth.

Today, contacts, deals, calendar, documents, and production are parts of one workspace. Everyone can move from the team-level picture to the underlying record without rebuilding the story.

  • See the work, appointments, milestones, and relationships competing for attention
  • Open the client or transaction behind an update in one step
  • Carry the same current context from the web workspace into the mobile app

One operating view for the day, week, pipeline, and goals

Ownership at the transaction level

Make the handoff visible before anyone has to ask.

Shared deal records keep the parties, property, stage, deadlines, tasks, documents, and activity together. Team members can understand what is moving and where their work fits.

  • Assign work to the agent, assistant, or transaction coordinator
  • Keep milestones and tasks attached to the transaction they protect
  • Use roles and organization boundaries to control appropriate access

Production and accountability

Connect activity to the outcome the team is trying to create.

Track closed business, active pipeline, goal progress, and the relationships and transactions most capable of changing the result. Accountability becomes an operating rhythm, not a retrospective report.

  • See progress toward production goals alongside current pipeline
  • Identify which active opportunities deserve protection or coaching
  • Bring useful context into one-on-ones without manual reporting prep

AI for the whole team

Ask where the team needs attention while there is still time to act.

Because AgentNook AI works from the records and relationships already in the workspace, it can turn scattered team activity into a focused brief. Permissions and organization boundaries still apply, and supported record changes are prepared for review.

Protect the Bermuda Road appraisal first; the lender is still waiting on buyer documentation. Harper Lewis also has no follow-up after yesterday’s showing. Maya’s pipeline is healthy, but two Friday milestones are still unassigned.

Questions this solution should answer

What buyers usually need to know before they start.

01What is included in the AgentNook Team plan?+
The Team plan is $299 per month or $2,990 per year and includes five Agent seats, two Assistant/TC seats, no active deal cap, 100 GB of storage, and shared AI capacity for the organization.
02Can we add agents or assistants beyond the included seats?+
Yes. Additional Agent seats are $49 per month or $490 per year. Additional Assistant/TC seats are $19 per month or $190 per year.
03Can a transaction coordinator use AgentNook?+
Yes. Assistant/TC seats are designed for operational collaborators who need appropriate access to shared clients, deals, tasks, milestones, documents, and activity.
04Will every team member see every record?+
Not necessarily. Access follows workspace membership, organization boundaries, and role-aware permissions. The goal is shared context for the right people without treating every user as an unrestricted administrator.
05Can team leaders track goals and production?+
Yes. AgentNook connects production and goals to active pipeline and closed business so leaders can move from the number to the relationships and deals capable of changing it.
06Is the Team plan limited to a certain number of active deals?+
No. Paid Pro, Team, and Brokerage plans do not cap active deals.
