To renew or reinstate a salesperson license, New Jersey requires at least 12 credit hours of continuing education during each two‑year license term. At least 6 of those hours must be in core topics, including 2 hours of ethics, 1 hour of fair housing & New Jersey Law Against Discrimination and 1 hour of agency. The remaining 6 hours may be core or elective topics.
